My Client a leading multi-national bank is looking to recruit for Manager Client Management.Key ResponsibilitiesThe jobholder will need to make an immediate impact to assist the Senior Manager, Client Management, to execute the Client Management model effectively in the UAE MENA. Initially, there may be resistance to the new model. The Manager will be challenged to a steep learning curve, and will need to determine how to best negotiate their role within the larger context of MENA and provide leadership to the wider Client Management team. The jobholder will need to liaise with other stakeholders to find creative solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. While each stakeholder has the customer's best interest in mind, it will be the challenge of the Manager, Client Management to gain the required information from each source, and be a conduit for various streams and sources of information. The jobholder will be accountable for growing the revenue streams from existing and new Customers. The job holder will also be responsible for the performance of a team of Client Managers and they will be continually prompted to seek innovative solutions that challenge the status-quo, while keeping the customer's and companies best interest in mind.
