Extensive, diverse & concrete professional skills in Information Technology, Graphics Designing, and Highly proficient in development social media campaigns and using Software i.e. Adobe Photoshop, 3D max studio Adobe illustrator, Corel Draw, AutoCAD and the Microsoft Office; Word, Excel, Picture manager & PowerPoint
I have outstanding customer service skills and the ability to help form strong working relationships with the clients to maintain their business. I also make it a point to address clients in a respectful and pleasant manner when dealing with their IT issues. I have the communication skills to address technical issues over the phone, through live chat or via e-mail. I can also answer basic questions and direct callers to other departments when appropriate.
I have the technical knowledge to assist senior technicians when installing software and implementing new technologies as they become available. I possess the written skills to keep detailed records of all correspondences that include the problem the caller was experiencing and the action taken to correct the issue. My experience includes setting up computers and other information system equipment, running the appropriate tests to make sure it is functioning correctly and monitoring system performance.
I am self-motivated with the ability to work independently but I can also function and get along well as part of a team. I possess excellent time management, organizational and multi-tasking skills.
