Our client, a market leader within the satellite and FSS industry, requires a self motivating dedicated UAE National to become the Executive Director for government systems and service. The successful candidate will need to direct the establishing of systems and infrastructure for the civil and governmental services and management of the civil anchor station, network and associated civil operations as well as civil communications services in line with mission and strategic objectives. You will ensure the effective achievement of functional objectives through the leadership of the government systems and service department, setting individual objectives, managing performance, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal, in order to maximise subordinate and departmental performance. As a BS Electrical Engineering, MBA, PMP certification or equivalent, you must have extensive satellite communications mission operations experience as well as system network and traffic management experience. Management of satellite communications operations environment and facilities and management of payload control centre and network control centre are also required along with satellite ground segment experience and ground terminal system assembly experience integration and test.
