Our Dubai based service provider is currently looking to identify a Director of Finance for their regional business. This role will take ownership of the development and management of a financing strategy to support the business growth in a sustainable and commercially viable manner; whilst also supporting the Group CFO across a variety of functions and disciplines, including corporate finance, funding and project financing. The role will also heavily link to the development of strong and cohesive cash management disciplines and operational procedures; to limit exposures and optimise positioning and returns. There will also be a strong process and procedural based aspect to this role; whereby internal controls are assessed for areas of weakness, thus ensuring the integrity of all accounting and reporting capabilities across the business. The client will also look for an individual with a capability to deliver and implement a robust MIS mechanism, designed to enhance areas of operational management, cost savings and performance management The client will look for a candidate with over ten years of leadership and controllership exposure and the candidate will be required to demonstrate excellent leadership, compliance and project management skills, combined with an ability to present and influence executive management and board members. http://www.charterhouseme.ae
