An experienced Payroll Accountant is currently required to work with a multinational health organisation in Dubai for the next six to twelve months. You will assist the payroll manager with all the payroll related tasks to process salaries of colleagues from nine different countries. You will also work on accounting projects assigned by the payroll manager which will include mainly data analysis, and hoc reports and HRMS implementation and testing. To be considered for this role, you will need to be highly organised, enthusiastic, have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be a team player, as well as have an outstanding phone manner. You should also have excellent Excel skills with a minimum of three years previous payroll experience in the UAE. A bachelor in commerce or a masters in commerce is required and preferably someone who is available immediately and is already on a husbands or fathers sponsorship visa.
