Telesales Representative --classifieds

We are looking for energetic female for customer service having good telephonic communication skills. The ideal candidate must have sponsored visa.
Critical competencies:
Verbal Communication, Listening skills, Data Entry, Sales Skills, Customer Focus, Customer Service, Attention to Detail, Multi-tasking

Eligibility:
Minimum Qualification: Graduate or under graduate
Minimum Experience: 1 to 3 years
Good MS office Skills
Good command of written and spoken English.
Work Timing (08:00 AM – 05:00 PM)

Job profile:
Handle customers’ inquiries via telephone (in-bound/out-bound), Internet, e-mail and instant messaging
Resolves problems by clarifying issues; researching and exploring answers and alternative solutions; implementing solutions; escalating unresolved problems.
Fulfills requests by clarifying desired information; completing transactions; forwarding requests.
Maintains call center database by entering information.
Keeps equipment operational by following established procedures; reporting malfunctions.
Maintains and improves quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines; recommending improved procedures.
Updates job knowledge by studying new product descriptions; participating in educational opportunities.
Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportuni
