Marketing and Relationship Executive --classifieds

We are looking for “Marketing and Relationship Executive” who will be responsible for managing and executing the company’s marketing strategy, brand building, lead management, lead generation, customer and principle relationship management. The job scope includes maintain the company’s CRM and social media. This role has both tactical and strategic responsibility for supporting the achievement of revenue and income objectives.

Roles and Responsibilities: 
• Develop and create marketing strategies
• Develop and create roadmaps for new product launch and marketing
• Prospect new customers through sales calls, direct mail, email
• Organize and ensure smooth functioning of company’s events and sponsored events
• Follow up on leads generated through events, web and other marketing activities
• Ensure efficient lead management to ensure conversion to revenue
• Maintain the company’s CRM to ensure details of customers are relevant
• Maintain the companies Social Media channels
• Independently create and manage content for Social media posts
• Ensure internal and external brand promotion to develop and maintain the company’s band identity 
• Maintain relations with company’s customers and principle partners
• Collate feedback and testimonials from customer on a regular basis
• Basic administrative responsibilities


Qualification and Technical Skill set Requirement:
• Bachelors’ degree in Marketing or Business administration
• 6 months to 2 years working experience
• Should have lead management and CRM experience
• Strong communication, sales and presentation skills
• Goal oriented, flexible and creative under pressure
• Knowledge of current marketing trends and multimedia platforms is essential
• Strong budgeting, internet and computer skills
• Attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Ethical, high energy, accountable and dependable individual
• Ability to work under pressure and within deadlines
• Advanced knowledge of Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint

Personal Skills:
• Positive attitude and ability to learn quickly
• Self-starter and ability to work independently
• Ability to work with multicultural clients / team. 
• Ability to work with international team and client requirements
• Ability to consistently deliver quality results and work on stringent timelines.
• Ability to multitask without compromising on quality of deliverable.
• Team player with good communication skills.
