Head of Treasury --classifieds

My Client a well established International bank in UAE is looking to recruit for the Head of Treasury.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1. Manages and directs the activities of assigned personnel. Performs supervisory - functions at the Division level as established by management.
2. Advises senior management of developments in local and international - FXMoney Markets and their effect on the bank's Balance sheet and profitability.
3. Being custodian of ALCO ICO provides relevant Committees with information that enable them to make effective decisions.
4. Ensures adherence to limits and guidelines laid down in various policies (Market Risk, Liquidity, Treasury, and Credit Policy) and PPMs, on an overall basis. Defines trading limit for the dealers and ensures compliance of these limits.
5. Ensures that treasury work and trading is within the institution's defined parameters.
6. Ensures that an effective marketing campaign is carried-out by Corporate and Institutional Solutions unit (CIS) to current and prospective clients thus ensuring that the Bank's market share is maintained increased. Joins with CIS and other Bank personnel on visits to major clients.
7. Updates Treasury Policy Manual to reflect the changes in the Bank's overall strategy and objectives and presents it to Management/Committees and Board for approval. Ensures that internal procedures of the TCM group are efficient and well documented.
8. Ensure availability of funds to avoid disruption delays in activities. Manage surplus liquidity through optimal deployment of funds within the framework of the Treasury Policy.
