A regional growing bank in the UAE is currently looking for a Head of Compliance to be based in the UAE. You re responsible for the Compliance and Anti-Money Laundering department; accountable for to planning, implementing and monitoring all the rules and regulations; must aware of the current rules and regulations of the Central Bank of the UAE and up to date with changes; conduct quarterly reports; work closely with the board members, C-level and top management on conducting reports; and able to lead a team successfully. The bank is looking for a candidate who is very familiar with the rules and regulations and has had experienced in implementing new regulation. The ideal candidate will be currently working as a Head of Compliance in a bank or directly reporting to the Head; working in a UAE based bank but candidates in working in the Gulf may be considered to. You will be directly reporting to the Chief Risk Officer. This is a good opportunity to join a growing bank with a healthy outlook and impressive management.
