Responsible for the preparation of quotations, bills of quantities, cost sheets from drawings, preparation and evaluation of contracts, evaluation and certification of payments, negotiation of prices, etc. You must have a minimum of 5 years experience in interior and/or joinery estimation and have excellent interior fit-out works knowledge. Basic knowledge of materials a must and knowledge of cost and commercial management through the design, tender and construction stages of interior fit-out projects an advantage.
