Our client, a major wholesale bank based in Abu Dhabi with strong links into Saudi Arabia and the wider GCC are looking to expand their client base by targeting industry segments where they have particular expertise. This �A� rated bank offers long term career growth whether in the GCC or worldwide, they are able to offer a highly competitive salary and bonus structure as well as provide first class products. You will manage an existing portfolio of industry specific clients namely, oil, gas and petrochemicals or power and utilities providing a wide range of wholesale banking products including treasury, credit, investment, transactional and Islamic banking products. As the face of the bank you will be expected to have an in-depth understanding of your client�s goals and be able to tailor solutions around these. As a key originator of business for other parts of the bank you will be act as an �introducer� for product specialists in trade finance, investment banking and increase the wallet share of your existing client base. As an expert networker you will develop client relationships and secure new business. To be successful you will need to have an Abu Dhabi network and be residing in Abu Dhabi. Due to the client facing nature of the roles there is a preference for Arabic speakers. You will need at least ten years corporate banking experience in the GCC and have experience in a senior credit role and broad product knowledge that includes transactional banking. http://www.charterhouseme.ae
