Managing MIS reporting and participation in Strategic planning, monitoring, Performance, adhering to Organizational goals. Budgeting, Forecasting and managing consolidated Cash Flow Planning. Preparation of Interim and Annual Financial statements in light of applicable IFRS's. Dealing with Financial Institutions and negotiation for financial facilities. Dealing with Private investors and due diligence exercise in acquisition process. Debtors and Creditors Management based on milestones and/or on contractual terms. Managing project portfolios, budgeting, and Profitability analysis. Reporting deviation to Management for controlling performance. Risk analysis and Identification of key risks exposing to business and design internal controls keeping in view the assessment of risk exposure. Internal Auditing of remote offices on regular interval. Controlling team of more than 10 accountants in different regions and compile reports on daily basis. Equipped with Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills. Sound grip on IT accounting software’s, Participated in ERP analysis, design and implementation phases.
